Don't Fear Fat!

Do you always choose the fat free option? Are you able to calculate "points" in your head to decide the health-factor of a certain food?

I recently discussed the dangers of low fat living in my weekly Wellness Wednesdays in the private Nourished Community. If you restrict fat or lean towards low fat/ no fat you are depriving your body of much needed nutrients.
